4128 Project

The Altitude Program, NFP began the restoration process of a historic property that it acquired in 2018. This 52k square foot commercial real estate property is located in the West Garfield Park Community at 4128-30 West Madison Street (Fifteen minutes from Downtown Chicago) will feature a street level food court, shared workspace, a 60-seat screening room and 16 state-of-the-art audio/video production studios.

The long overdue development will attract wealth to the community by increasing the area’s attractiveness to other potential investors and developers.

Through the 4128 Project, TAP will open the first Content Fulfilment Center (CFC) on Chicago’s West Side on the once thriving and popular Madison Avenue corridor.

TAPPING INTO THE COMMUNITY

The Content Fulfillment Center (CFC) will provide resources and a support system to facilitate commercial success of content creators, audio/video production companies (startups), aspiring media personalities as well as new and established entrepreneurs interested in breaking into the media industry..

Through the TAP non-profit ran CFC philanthropists and other donors can support community creatives from the early stages of their careers until they become media moguls.

In addition to our multimedia agenda, TAP will open a modern food court for first class casual dining on the west side of Chicago, bringing substantial employment opportunities.

A NEW DESTINATION

The 1 st floor of the 4128 Project will be a food court. The food court will host five national brands with the flagship restaurant being Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, creating a new dining destination spot on Chicago’s westside.

4128 will provide the community with a much-needed dining experience. This contemporary style food court will offer free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and kiosks for placing orders.

With the restaurants come commercial ownership and over 150 employment opportunities for the community

The tenants of 4128’s food court will generate an estimated $12M plus annually in taxable revenue and spend over $4M with local suppliers.
